A conference call account, with an outside vendor, has been set up for each of the State Coordinating Body Leader Teams.
These accounts are there for you to use if you choose to, you do not need to use these accounts it is up to the individual CB Leaders.
The cost for this services is 9 cents per minute per line and will be billed directly to each CB as you use the service.
Each CB account information has been uploaded to the State Leaders Group on each State Page.
There is no need to schedule a call with the vendor, the account is accessible on demand 24/7
One CB Leader (usually the call organizer) will need to open the call by dialing in and using the Leader Code – each participant will use the Team Code and will be placed into the call once the call is opened.
