Conference calls – ugh! They may be convenient but they are a pain. Following a few tips and harnessing the power of some cool tools can relieve the pain and help you have an effective meeting. We will identify strategies for fixing the common problems with conference calls and explore a few tools that can add some sizzle.
We are pleased to bring back Peggy Hoffman who will be presenting this program. Peggy is the owner of Mariner Management, an association management company which supports nonprofit organizations and is working with staff and volunteer leaders on implementing the MY AADE NETWORK.
Peggy is also a frequent speaker and trainer on effective volunteer management and leadership. She is also an avid user of social networking and frequent blogger and enjoys testing out new technologies – some of which she’ll share in this presentation.
